It’s amazing how the human body heals. While all that sounds "ouchy" (and it was) all fractures healed very well until about age 45 when they seemed to be resurfacing. For the next four years, pain began slowly mounting and growing until it was a constant companion throughout.

No more back-breaking, hip-busting, saddle-swinging days with countless inventory boxes that needed unpacking daily but it didn’t. It was the beginning of the worst six years of my life traipsing from neurosurgeons to orthopedists, acupuncture to therapy to spinal injections exhausting every imaginable possibility.
