I've been reading Omega 3 information for a long time and felt confident of my understanding until my CRP test showed high inflammation. That couldn't be as we don't eat any processed foods but we do eat out a lot in upscale restaurants not fast food. Then I began to read about Omega-6s. Soybeans and other oils are in most every packaged food product, but guess what; restaurant food is filled with it, too. And there is something we can do and still enjoy food add the right Omega-3! .

I am simply amazed by this book! I've seen reference to Omega 6's being the cause of inflammation but until reading your book, had a hard time grasping how and why. With so much disease going on in America, everyone needs this information.
